    How it works

Our outline process is set out below, however we adjust this based on your requirements. Timings are a guide only – we can expedite if delivery is required more urgently.

Following your enquiry we will book in a 20 minute initial call to discuss your requirements, agree the scope of the work and ask for any further information that will be useful. This is usually within a week of your enquiry. Following this initial call we will issue you with a detailed client questionnaire to complete and return to us during week 2. Following receipt of this we will contact you to book in the first face to face* appointment. We will also ask for full payment to secure the booking and studio time.

We then review your requirements and have our first 1 hour, face to face, in-home appointment with you. This is where we explore your needs in detail, and depending on what you need support with we’ll discuss your ideas and design preferences and start to develop a design concept with you. We can discuss options and may share digital images or physical samples to help decision making. We might also complete a full site-survey to obtain measurements for any bespoke joinery or soft furnishings. This is usually in week 3.

Following the first appointment we will develop the scheme according to your bespoke requirements - this usually takes a week or so.

We will then present the Detailed Design output to you in the second 1 hour face to face* in-home appointment – this is usually in week 5.

A Digital Design Consultation Package will then be emailed to you within 5 working days of the last appointment.

    * We offer face to face appointments within 20 miles of LS29, or on-line via Zoom or Teams if we are working remotely with you.

    What you’ll get

    1. 20 minute initial call.

    2. Two 1 hour face to face in-home appointments.

Digital Design Consultation Package detailing everything discussed – the content of this will vary depending on the scope agreed, but could include a Design Concept, 2D floorplans / elevations / technical drawings for bespoke furniture, 3D photorealistic models, finishes or electrical schedules, FFE schedule (Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment).

    4. Physical sample pack if applicable.

If you need a full room re-design, and either want to implement it yourself or employ your own trades people to deliver it for you, then this is the package for you. We can also add project management to ensure a seamless implementation at an additional hourly/day rate if preferred. We deliver a complete blueprint for your room, from initial design concepts and spatial planning using digital and physical mood boards and 2D and 3D models, through to detailed floorplans, and electrical, furniture, fixtures and finishes schedules. We can also tailor the package to your bespoke needs, for example a furniture schedule showing both a high-end and equivalent budget version, giving you the choice of where to spend your money, or technical drawings for bespoke joinery. This is the perfect package for a bathroom or kitchen refit, or a living room or bedroom redesign.
